Dakar , aka Christian Kreuz, was born with a guitar in one hand and a microphone in the other. After playing in bands ranging from punk to rock to hip hop, he became infected with early Detroit Techno and Chicago House. He begins his DJ career in 1992 and is soon a resident , along with DJ HELL in Munich’s legendary ULTRASCHALL.
In june 2009 DFA..s sub label RONG MUSIC launches “LOVE THE NITE AWAY” by DJ KAOSS from Berlin. The song is written and sung by Dakar and well received. In september 2009 FUTUREAUDIO features Dakars Detroit Techno Stomper “KÄTS”on their latest Compilation. Currently Dakar is working on an Album of his brandnew alter ego C.A. CROSS which is going to show off Dakars talents as a singer/songwriter once again. Expect the unpredictable! Dakar playes locations as Nitsa (Barcelona), Optimo (Glasgow), Low Club (Madrid), Volar (Hong Kong), Le Triptique (Paris), Registratur (Munich), The Arche (Glasgow), WMF (Berlin), Morphine (Hamburg), Le Zoo (Geneva), Flex (Vienna), Fabrik (Madrid), Watergate (Berlin) and many more. His dj sets are based on experimental Deep House, sneakily mixed up with funky Minimal, Tech Soul, uptempo Hip Hop and exclusive remixes and coverversions of dance classics which the crowed has never heard before..

The next time you feel tired, spare a thought for Pete Gooding, a man who’s been behind the decks at Cafe Mambo in Ibiza for eight hours a night for the last seven years. Pete’s unique quality is that he’s equally capable of rocking main rooms as backrooms, bars or even a chilled terrace. Unmistakably Pete Gooding’s dj’ing is a little bit special.
Pete’s started Dj’ing in his home town of Birmingham, where he combined running his own record shop “Vinyl Matters” for over three years and promoting his own night for eight years with partner Phil Docherty of Futureshock. He then went on to hold residencies at the cities best clubs and bars. In 1996 he joined good friend Steve Lawler as resident DJ at Cafe Mambo.
Pete’s career has not been limited to the White Isle, on his return at the end of each summer, Pete forfeits his right to a well earned rest by playing the length and breadth of the U.K. and also tirelessly touring further a field, playing in over twenty five countries worldwide.
